Susie got her start at Timmco during high school, helping her dad with filing around the office. During this time, she developed a passion for customer service that would continue throughout her career.

After graduating from Gonzaga University, Susie discovered that her love for helping people was a perfect fit for the family business. Before coming home to Timmco, she built experience as a claims adjuster at Nationwide, learning how to help clients navigate the insurance process. These days, she’s happy to be back in the neighborhood she grew up in with her husband, Derek, and their four boys.
